General Guidelines for Submitting Project Requests

• Projects should be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to their due date (longer if it is a video project involving interviews and location shoots).
  
• Requests for Conference support should be submitted a minimum of one month prior to the conference in order to assure scheduling of personnel.
  
• A general outline or script for a video will be needed prior to beginning work on any video project.
  
• It is helpful to contact interviewees with the questions they will be responding to prior to the video shoot and requesting written answers so that we can be prepared to shoot appropriate footage to go along with their answers.
