General Guidelines for Submitting Project Requests
- Projects should be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to their due date (longer if it is a video project involving interviews and location shoots).
- Requests for Conference support should be submitted a minimum of one month prior to the conference in order to assure scheduling of personnel.
- A general outline or script for a video will be needed prior to beginning work on any video project.
- It is helpful to contact interviewees with the questions they will be responding to prior to the video shoot and requesting written answers so that we can be prepared to shoot appropriate footage to go along with their answers.
NEW: If you've already submitted a Project Request for a particular event or project, you may not need to submit another request form to add another poster or banner etc. Just give us a call and we may be able to add the additional project elements to the existing project.
NEW: You can now use a single form entry to request multiple elements for your project. For instance, if you need both a Promo Video and a Poster for your upcoming event, you can enter a Project Name like "Men's Retreat 2017" and then select all of the "Project Elements" that you will need for that event. Just type a brief description of each element in the "Project Description" box.
